Jim graduated from Klein Oak High School in Spring and also has a B.A in theatre from the University of Houston, where he also raised a non profitable theatre company, which also helped him later in his acting career.

Jim Parsons was born and raised in Texas. After completing his degree he moved to New York for pursuing a career in acting, where he currently resides. In his free time Jim enjoys watching sports, with keen interests in tennis, baseball, and basketball. He also loves to play Piano.
